Personal and anonymous data

The privacy policy comprises all information collected under personal data which allows an identification of individual users. These are primarily your name, your address and your telephone number. However, non-personal information in combination with other data can also represent personal data.

To provide the best possible protection for your data we work with highly modern security standards. This technology offers a high-level security and is used, for instance, in online banking. Capture of general data

When you visit the MVG website our servers will automatically register general data, such as the name of your Internet service provider, the operating system used, the date and duration of your visit etc. Personal data will not be transferred. MVG uses this anonymous information solely for statistical purposes.

Emailing of requests for evaluation

After receiving your order, we may send you an e-mail with the request to evaluate our shop. These evaluations are collected by our service provider Veristore GmbH, Jülicherstrasse 338, 52070 Aachen. By clicking on the respective evaluation link and leaving your evaluation, you agree to Veristore storing your mailing address and order code and anonymously publishing the comments you have left.
